The Marlboro Educational Foundation was established in February 2000 to enhance the quality of education in the Marlboro Township School District by promoting community participation in school programs and providing additional funds to insure educational excellence and innovation.
The foundation is a private, non-profit organization that operates independently from the school district. It encourages excellence through innovative and creative teaching and learning, student development, and community/school partnerships that utilize the talents and resources of local citizens and the private sector to benefit students. Its Board of Trustees consists of community and corporate leaders, most of whom are not affiliated with the school district.

The Annual MEF Restaurant Tasting Evening at the Excelsior is Monday, May 4, 2009 from 6pm - 10pm.
Tickets are available now for $50 (or $60 at the door).
Tickets for children 16 and under are $25 now (or $30 at the door).

To apply for a grant you need to go to the school district's intranet site. Fall applications are due by October 15; spring applications, when offered, are due by Feb. 15.
